Partnership

          Smith’s Winemaking is prepared to discuss with you the possibilities of a partnership.

          Due to our skill in Greenfield operations it would be mutually beneficial if Smith’s supplied the technical expertise on store layout, location, leasehold improvements and staff training.

          You would supply the financing for leasehold improvements, licence and deposits.

          Smith’s would supply the opening inventory, equipment and systems.

          Upon analysis of the financial contribution of each party and the staffing proposal a fair split of profits and ownership would be established.

          Smith’s would not be interested in the on-site day to day operations but would be frequently available for consultation, training, and advertising and marketing direction.
